Inside the gates there is a retail village anchored by Auto Mercado, dining, four community pools with a poolside bar, a multi-sport complex and hiking trails that lead to a private waterfall. Restaurants in town are about a 10-minute walk, and the beach about 15, with a shuttle to the Beach Club.

Condos start around $299,000 for a one-bedroom. The Na Umi Seaside Condominiums, the first and only condos in Pacifico with ocean views, have been listed from $220,000 to $520,000. Homes range from $955,000 to $3,250,000, and Mira Estate Homes start around $2,000,000 with 6,500+ sq ft. Condo HOA fees typically run between $620 and $730 per month.
Pacifico is resort living inside a real beach town, ideal for full-time living, a vacation home or rental income. Rental rules vary by building, so confirm them for the specific unit.
