Las Palmas is not a single complex but an open, walkable neighborhood made up of many small condo communities, and it is where most of Coco's condos are located. Each complex has its own homeowners' association, so fees, rules and rental policies vary from building to building. That also means variety: you can find everything from a studio to a standalone home.
Some properties sit just 250 meters from the beach and about two minutes from supermarkets, restaurants and shops. The popular Pueblito Sur and Pueblito Norte dining areas are right in the neighborhood.

Las Palmas is the most accessible entry point in Coco. A renovated studio has been listed at $155,000, a one-bedroom at $195,000 and a fully renovated two-bedroom at $265,000 with a $150 HOA. There are also standalone homes, such as a three-bedroom with a private pool and no HOA fees at $580,000.
Good to know before buying
Condos offer less privacy than a single-family home, HOA fees and rules differ by building, and parking can be limited in some complexes. Always review each building's HOA documents and rental rules before making an offer.
