Recent villas have been listed from $2,395,000 for four bedrooms to $4,888,000 for six. Lots in the Uluwatu subdivision have been offered at around $850,000 for 1,581 m². HOA fees vary by sub-condominium, with recent references between $400 and $450 per month.
