Demand has been strong from the start. The first 20 condominium residences inside the resort sold out before the hotel welcomed its first guest. The project is now in its second phase: a limited collection of fully furnished four- and five-bedroom Estate Homes with panoramic views of the Pacific and the bay, designed by a team that includes Garnier Arquitectos, RoblesArq, Gensler and EDSA.
